Leaves grow from a tree.
One tree: many leaves.
They come and go with the winds of change and time.
They are all connected by the one tree.
If one is hurt, they are all hurt.
Once in a while, a leaf is blown from the tree.
And this leaf travels far away from its brethren.
The remaining leaves feel emptiness within them.
Such is the way of leaves and trees.
People and friendship is a kin to trees and leaves.
One central bond unites several people.
People come, people go.
But, they are all connected by a common interest.
If one is hurt, they are all, in someway, hurt.
And, much like the leaf, one person is torn from the tree of friendship.
The remaining people can't help but feel a void somewhere within them.
And thus, we are like the tree. Everlasting, beyond separation,
And always there for each other.
